the location is ‘nice’, but rolling my luggage through an alley to reach my room felt like scaling Everest. also, the tub was absurdly deep—next time, a walk-in shower, please. i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade as compensation, but clearly, that’s too much to expect. oh well, just couldn’t give a good review after all this nonsense.

The room had a lovely view of the Minsterplatz and was spacious with two nice sitting areas. Daily refreshments like bottled water and snacks were a nice touch, enhancing the stay.

Parking is off-site, a bit of a hassle at about a four-minute walk, especially in a pedestrian area. The church bells toll throughout the night, which can disrupt sleep, and the pillows felt quite flat, necessitating extra cushions for comfort.

The breakfast offered an excellent variety, featuring seasonal local ingredients, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel welcomed, ensuring our stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

However, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient, requiring a short walk to the nearest garage.
